I was skeptical about ordering online, but the Engwe LE20 arrived exactly as described. Charges fully in about 8h, which fits my schedule. Range has held up close to the advertised 350 km on my usual routes. Wish the manual was clearer, otherwise no complaints.

Been comparing several brands and the Engwe LE20 came out on top. Top speed is right around 25 km/h, which feels well controlled rather than twitchy. Range has held up close to the advertised 350 km on my usual routes. Would recommend to anyone considering one.

Been comparing several brands and the Engwe LE20 came out on top. Pedal assist kicks in smoothly, doesn't feel jerky at all. Top speed is right around 25 km/h, which feels well controlled rather than twitchy. Customer support was responsive when I had questions before ordering.
