Xtreme Power Rides ("we", "us", "our") operates the online store at xtremepowerrides.com, selling electric scooters, electric bikes, hyper bikes, golf carts and related parts and accessories to customers in the United States, Canada and Europe. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

Our checkout works differently from most stores: no payment is taken online. When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase. We then email you an order confirmation with your order reference, followed by the payment details for the method you selected (see Payment Options).

• A binding contract is formed only once we confirm receipt of your payment.
• Until you have paid, you can change or cancel your order free of charge — just contact us with your order reference.
• We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud). If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are shown in USD or EUR depending on your selected currency. The available payment methods depend on your shipping country and include bank transfer (Zelle, ACH/Wire, SEPA, SWIFT), Revolut, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bitcoin and USDT.

• Payment details are only ever sent from our official email addresses. We will never ask you to pay via details received from any other source — if something looks off, contact us before sending anything.
• Payment is made in full before dispatch. We do not currently offer financing or installment plans.
• For cryptocurrency payments, the amount due is fixed at the fiat (USD/EUR) price of your order at the time we issue the payment request.

We ship across the USA, Canada and Europe. Flat-rate shipping is €49 per order and free on orders over €1000. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after your payment is confirmed.

• Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed dates; carrier delays and customs processing can add time.
• Once your order ships, tracking details are emailed directly to you.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your ride on arrival and report any transit damage to us within 48 hours, with photos.

Every ride we sell ships with a 2-year warranty and UL / CE certified batteries. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Not covered: normal wear (tyres, brake pads, grips), water damage beyond the product's IP rating, crash or impact damage, unauthorised modifications, and batteries degraded by improper charging or storage.
• To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order reference, a description of the fault and photos or video. We will repair, replace or refund at our option.
• This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK.

Electric scooters, e-bikes, hyper bikes and golf carts are powerful machines. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for using them safely and legally.

• You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in your country, state or city — including age limits, licensing, registration, insurance, helmet requirements and where the vehicle may legally be ridden.
• Some products in our lineup are high-performance machines intended for private land or off-road use in certain jurisdictions.
• Always wear appropriate protective gear and follow the manufacturer's manual for charging, storage and maintenance.

• All content on this site — text, images, logos, product data and design — belongs to Xtreme Power Rides or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
• You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, no fraudulent orders.
• Product specifications (top speed, range, weight) are supplied by manufacturers and measured under test conditions; real-world results vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature and riding style.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

• We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time you place your order applies to that order.
• If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which we are established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
