Upgraded to the MS Energy PulseUrban C20 recently and I'm genuinely impressed. Charges fully in about 6h, which fits my schedule. Pedal assist kicks in smoothly, doesn't feel jerky at all. Customer support was responsive when I had questions before ordering.

This is my second purchase from Xtreme Power Rides, and the MS Energy PulseUrban C20 didn't disappoint. Pedal assist kicks in smoothly, doesn't feel jerky at all. The 0kW motor has plenty of pull, even on inclines. Customer support was responsive when I had questions before ordering.

The MS Energy PulseUrban C20 handles better than I expected for the price point. Top speed is right around 25 km/h, which feels well controlled rather than twitchy. Great for longer weekend rides as well as the commute. Would recommend to anyone considering one.

After comparing a few options, I went with the MS Energy PulseUrban C20 — good call. The 0kW motor has plenty of pull, even on inclines. Charges fully in about 6h, which fits my schedule. Shipping took about a week, well packaged with no damage.
