Upgraded to the Veleco Cristal recently and I'm genuinely impressed. It's not lightweight at 120 kg, but that's expected given the build. The 1kW motor has plenty of pull, even on inclines. Would recommend to anyone considering one.

Solid choice if you're on the fence about the Veleco Cristal. Range has held up close to the advertised 60 km on my usual routes. Very stable at low speeds, which matters a lot for my use case. Support was slow to respond once, but resolved it eventually.

The Veleco Cristal has quickly become part of my daily routine. Turning radius is better than I expected for something this size. Charging takes a while (around 10h), so I just top it up overnight. Wish the manual was clearer, otherwise no complaints.
