Been riding the Dualtron Victor Luxury Plus NEW for a few weeks now and it's exceeded expectations. Top speed is right around 25 km/h, which feels well controlled rather than twitchy. Charging takes a while (around 20h), so I just top it up overnight. Build quality feels premium, not cheap plastic.
