After comparing a few options, I went with the Sur-Ron Light Bee S — good call. Took it off-road the first weekend and it handled the trail without issue. Not street-legal where I live, but as a trail bike it's excellent. Already thinking about which model to get next.

Solid choice if you're on the fence about the Talaria Sting Road Legal L1E (60V-38.4Ah). Top speed is right around 48 km/h, which feels well controlled rather than twitchy. Not street-legal where I live, but as a trail bike it's excellent. Exactly as described on the product page — no surprises.

I was skeptical about ordering online, but the ECONO Apes CITY EER4 arrived exactly as described. Range has held up close to the advertised 170 km on my usual routes. At 22.6 kg it's easy enough to move around and store. Worth the price for what you get.
