This is my second purchase from Xtreme Power Rides, and the Dualtron Victor Luxury Plus NEW didn't disappoint. Charging takes a while (around 20h), so I just top it up overnight. City streets, potholes and all, it handles them fine. Build quality feels premium, not cheap plastic.
