This is my second purchase from Xtreme Power Rides, and the MS Energy PulseUrban C20 didn't disappoint. Range has held up close to the advertised 70 km on my usual routes. Top speed is right around 25 km/h, which feels well controlled rather than twitchy. Build quality feels premium, not cheap plastic.
